Pumpkin Spice Café Au Lait

1 15-oz. can pumpkin puree

2 cups whole milk

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup brown sugar or molasses

2 Tablespoons pure vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a blender, combine all the pumpkin spice mixture ingredients. Puree for about 30 seconds. Pour 1/2 cup of the pumpkin spice mixture and 1/2 cup of milk (optional) into a large mug. Microwave for about 1 minute, then add 1 cup of hot strong brewed coffee and stir. Top with frothed milk and sprinkle with a healthy dash of ground cinnamon. If you’re feeling indulgent, top with sweetened whipped cream and caramel sauce.
