White Chocolate Potato Chip Bark
1 1/2# good quality white chocolate, melted and tempered
13 oz potato chips, crushed or ground in a food processor
Combine melted, tempered white chocolate and potato chips in a medium bowl. Pour onto a large piece of parchment paper, about 18×35 inches. Place another piece of parchment paper on top, and use a rolling pin to flatten bark to about 1/4″ thick. Carefully place bark onto a sheet tray or marble tabletop. Allow to set at room temperature before breaking into pieces. If it’s a little too warm in your kitchen, place bark in fridge for about 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 1 month.
